Pedro de Perdigão Lana is a lawyer focused on innovation at Sistema Fiep, an industry association in Paraná, Brazil. As an academic researcher on intellectual property, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the Federal University of Paraná and has a master's degree from the University of Coimbra. He is the LAC representative for the Executive Committee of NCUC, in ICANN. He is on the board of the Brazilian Chapter of the Internet Society, Creative Commons Brazil, and the Copyright Observatory Institute (Instituto Observatório do Direito Autoral).
