Carlos Peña, CISO of Claro Puerto Rico, has been in the IT industry for over 17 years and in the Cybersecurity industry for over 12 years. Carlos is the CISO responsible for Claro Puerto Rico's cybersecurity strategy. Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering and a master’s degree in Senior Management. 

Carlos has hands-on experience in many Cybersecurity domains, including Cybersecurity Strategy, Network Security, Application security, Data security, Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance, Security Operations, Security Architecture, Security Incident Investigation and Response, Threat Intelligence, Risk assessment and analysis, Cybersecurity testing, Cryptography, and other Cybersecurity domains.
