Ana Teresa Rodríguez-Lebron (PhD). 1980. Scholar. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science, a master’s in public administration, a Juris Doctor, and a Doctor of Philosophy with a specialty in literature from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Her research topics include public policy making, ethics of technology, higher education, violence, and drug trafficking literature. 

In her current role as Assistant Director for the Center for the Development of Ethics Thoughts at the Office of Government Ethics of Puerto Rico, she oversees the academic affairs regarding the continued education of all public servants of the Executive Branch. She is an adjunct professor for the Criminal Justice and Criminology Program in the Academic Division of Liberal Arts at Universidad Ana G. Méndez Recinto de Carolina. 

Since 2005, Ana Teresa has been passionate about understanding internet development and the regulations that impact society. While working as the Local & International Organizations Liaison for the Gauss Research Laboratory at the University of Puerto Rico, she conducted graduate research in Internet Governance and E-Government. 

She represented Dot PR Top Level Domain in international forums, having the incredible opportunity to assist in numerous activities regarding the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
