Amina Ramallan is a Nigerian with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Science in Project Management.

In her current role as a Deputy Manager in the Nigerian Communications Commission, which is the independent telecommunications regulatory body in Nigeria, she is responsible for monitoring global practices, recommending ways to improve internet penetration and development in Nigeria, and reviewing relevant framework(s) to ensure they comply with the complexities of the industry in aspects such as Cybersecurity, Child Online Protection, Universal Acceptance, IPv6 implementation, etc.

She is passionate about creating ripple effects towards bridging the digital divide and promoting a more inclusive Internet ecosystem that empowers girls and young women to become change-makers who are valuable additions to the ecosystem rather than being perceived as a special needs group.
